Monday I started another week of trying to eat healthy and exercise more. Sunday I made chocolate zucchini cake and there was still cake on Wednesday so I decided to bring some for lunch. I've been logging my calories online and am under my calorie count for the day but my sugars were high so I said no to the apple. How many of you have done that?
Otherwise it's been pretty easy to follow. Eating lots of veggies, fruit, some protein, and not many carbs. Carbs as in grains or starches only in the a.m. or lunch. And no wine.
